Mr. Gondara practices in the areas of employment compliance and litigation at Barsamian & Moody. He assists employers in resolving disputes involving claims of unpaid wages, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Mr. Gondara also drafts employment agreements and handbooks and provides training for business owners, supervisors, and human resource practitioners. As an advocate, he develops legal strategies for discovery, investigation, settlement hearings, and trials. He has represented employers in cases before OSHA, the EEOC, the CRD, and the Labor Commissioner. He assists employers in dispute resolutions, negotiated settlements, and represents clients in court at all stages of litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gondara represented peace officers and public employees in personnel matters, including, but not limited to, workplace issues, use of force incidents, and disciplinary procedures both intra-departmentally and before municipal and state administrative boards. Mr. Gondara also has experience with immigration law and has represented individuals through immigration court proceedings and helped both individuals and families obtain legal status in the United States.

Mr. Gondara graduated from California State University, Fresno, and holds a degree in Economics. He continued his education at San Joaquin College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate degree.
