Mr. Lange’s practice involves all aspects of labor and employment law,
employment compliance and litigation of employment-related disputes.
Mr. Lange earned his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law, where
he obtained high honors in Trial Practice and Advanced Trial Practice. During law school, he gained hands-on litigation and advocacy experience through the Syracuse University Veterans Legal Clinic, where he represented military veterans in service-connected disability claims before the Department of Veterans Affairs. He also completed an externship with Fitzgerald, Alverez & Ciummo, where he worked as a law clerk assisting with legal research, drafting, case preparation and appeared in court advocating on behalf of clients. Prior to attending law school, Joseph graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from California State University, Fresno. Joseph is a proud veteran, who served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps. His military service instilled a strong sense of discipline, professionalism and accountability, which he brings to his work on behalf of our clients. Outside of the office, Joseph enjoys playing guitar and watching football. He and his wife are also raising their expanding family.
